Affiliate Partnership Agreement
1. Scope of Partnership
Affiliate agrees to promote Prima Carne’s ready-to-cook meat products on social media platforms and in their community. Promotion activities will include creating videos, taking photos of deliveries, and customer engagement content.
2. Affiliate Obligations

Create and post 1-2 promotional content pieces (videos, photos of the final plated dish) as agreed upon. All raw materials will be sent to us for compilation.

Tag Prima Carne’s official social media pages in all content and use designated campaign hashtags.

Contents will be posted on all social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram, as well as Stories.

Ensure all promotional activities comply with relevant advertising standards and platform policies.
3. Commission Structure

Affiliates will receive a commission of 15% on each product sale generated through their unique affiliate code.

Commissions will be processed within two (2) weeks after verifying each sale.

Please provide your GCash or bank account details to facilitate the transfer of your commission.
4. Materials Provided
Prima Carne will supply all promotional materials, including photos, product descriptions, and affiliate codes.
5. Term and Termination

This Agreement is valid until terminated by either Party with thirty (30) days’ written notice.

Prima Carne reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if Affiliate violates any terms or fails to fulfill their obligations.
6. Confidentiality
Affiliate agrees to keep confidential any non-public information shared by Prima Carne, including commission structures, customer data, and marketing strategies.
7. Limitation of Liability
Prima Carne will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from Affiliate’s promotion activities beyond the agreed commission.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
