Beef tongue is a cut of beef made of the tongue of a cow. It can be boiled, pickled, roasted or braised in sauce. 
 
Price per 1 kg VAT included. Packed to keep its freshness within 12 hours. It must be frozen if not cooked immediately. 
 
Please note that each meat pack is weighed more or less 1kg as we cannot accurately cut them to the exact weight. As you buy more, you can see that on the average, you are getting 1kg weight for all the meats. Thank you for understanding.
