The tenderloin sits beneath the ribs, next to the backbone. It has two ends: the butt and the "tail". This muscle does very little work, so it is the tenderest part of the beef.


Packed to keep its freshness within 12 hours. It must be frozen if not cooked immediately. 


Please note that each meat pack weighs more or less 1kg as we cannot accurately cut them to the exact weight. As you buy more, you can see that, on average, you are gaining 1kg in weight for all the meats. Thank you for understanding.
