The Creamy Blue cheese is made from cows milk fresh from the dairy farm at Manutuke, New Zealand. Its sweet composty aroma is enhanced by the bacteria linens which grows naturally on the rind, contrasting deliciously with the peppery blue mould that grows within. This new Creamy and Buttery Blues are inspired by the Danish style of blue vein, with its sharp, piquant and slightly salty taste and crumbly texture.
